Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers a flexible, remote work setup and the opportunity to build a large portfolio of payment-processing accounts.

You’ll prospect local businesses, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Prior merchant services or B2B outside sales experience is preferred, with a hunter mentality and self-sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
