Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales to drive commissions in a flexible, remote role. You’ll educate merchants, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus long-term residuals within a supportive team environment.

Top reps earn $100K+ annually with uncapped commissions and a portfolio ownership component. Benefits include health, 401K, and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
