Energy Systems Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our Public Sector Central Region. This position is virtual with frequent travel up to 30% to 50%, including overnight stays.

The Account Executive generates new business with a consultative sales approach, understanding customer needs and working with the operations team to deliver feasible energy solutions for utility and public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales approach to develop leads and relationships with public sector clients.
• Ability to translate customer needs into feasible energy solutions.
• Experience in selling large solutions in the energy/services domain.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through shows, publications, internet research, and cold calls.
• Develop knowledge of renewable energy industry and market trends.
