Energy Systems Group (ESG) seeks an Account Executive to join our Public Sector Central Region team. This role is virtual with frequent travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.

You will prospect for new business, develop knowledge of the renewable energy market, and present comprehensive solutions to meet customer goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience selling large solutions in energy/services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through trade shows, cold calls, and online research.
• Develop knowledge of renewable energy industry and market trends.
• Build relationships and present full solutions to meet customer goals.
• Prepare and present proposals including financials.
• Manage account plans and monitor progress toward sales goals.
• Travel up to 50% including overnight stays.
