Energy Systems Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Public Sector Southwest team in Colorado. The role focuses on generating new business with utility and public sector clients, developing leads, and translating needs into installable energy solutions.

You will build relationships with leadership, engineers, and project managers, develop financial proposals, and drive revenue with strong gross margins while collaborating with operations to ensure client satisfaction throughout

Qualifications

• 7+ years' industry experience selling large solutions in public sector or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to compose and write proposals, reports and business correspondence
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, engineers and stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new business through events, research, and cold outreach
• Develop deep knowledge of the renewable energy industry and market trends
• Cultivate relationships to meet sales objectives, margins and market share
• Understand customer needs and align ESG solutions to goals
