Energy Systems Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our Public Sector Central Region. This role is virtual with frequent travel up to 30-50% including overnight stays.

You will generate new business with a consultative sales approach, develop relationships with utility and public sector clients, and translate needs into feasible solutions with the operations team. Collaborate with leadership and across departments to close opportunities and drive revenue growth for mission-critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience selling large solutions.
• Consultative sales approach with ability to develop relationships.
• Willing to travel up to 30–50%, with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and generate leads through various channels.
• Develop knowledge of renewable energy industry and customer needs.
• Communicate solutions and value to leadership and technical teams.
• Prepare professional proposals including financial terms.
• Maintain customer contact during installation and monitor progress.
