Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated sales professional for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This full-time, remote role offers a 100% commission-based structure with activation bonuses and residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, commissions and long-term residuals.
