Job summary

Xplor Technologies, powering Xplor Pay, seeks motivated sales professionals for its Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, activation bonuses, and the autonomy to manage your time and earnings while helping businesses adopt payment processing solutions.

Location: remote in the United States; you will be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and building a portfolio with ongoing training and mentorship provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
