Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated sales professionals to join our growing team in the payments solutions industry. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and autonomy to manage your time and income while training and support are provided.

You'll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
