Job summary

Xplor, a leader in payment solutions, is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers control over time and income, with activation bonuses, residuals, and a strong support system.

You will engage with businesses, close deals, and participate in comprehensive training while enjoying a flexible, remote-capable schedule and a clear path to high earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
