Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for a remote Direct Sales role with Xplor Pay. You will sell payment processing solutions to local businesses, educate on cost savings, and close deals for activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income, full training, flexibility, and the potential to earn $100K+ annually for top performers while enjoying W2 status, health benefits, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
