Xplor is recruiting for a remote-friendly Xplor Pay Direct Sales role in the United States. You will sell payment processing solutions to local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn commissions and residuals.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with activation bonuses and ongoing support. Ideal candidates bring a proven B2B sales background, strong consultative skills, and a hunter mentality to independently source leads while benefiting from training and

Formación

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsabilidades

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
