Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control of their time and income.

You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly residuals. Remote work is possible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Aligned with core values and a good-willed attitude.
