Job summary

Xplor Technologies invites driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, independence, and full training, with activation bonuses and monthly commissions.

You can work remotely from the United States, covering your region, and you’ll be supported by a strong leadership and mentorship program. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, familiarity with merchant services, and a hunter mentality to source leads

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
