Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales team is hiring motivated, self-driven sales professionals. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and work remotely within the US with full training and support. You must have at least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience; merchant services experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
