Xplor Technologies is hiring for a fully remote Xplor Pay Direct Sales role in the United States. You’ll directly engage local businesses with payment processing solutions, educate owners on value, and close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

We offer uncapped commissions, residual income, flexible scheduling, formal training, and a Presidents Club incentive trip. Candidates must have B2B outside sales experience and a strategic hunter mentality.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
• You align with our core values, and you are simply a good human.
