Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Remote work is allowed within the United States, with a focus on merchant acquisition and education of business owners. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, experienced in door-to-door or merchant services sales, and able to self-source leads while receiving

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
