Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the payments solutions space. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training. Remote work available with regional in-person collaboration as needed.

Top reps earn $100K+ annually with activation bonuses paid weekly and residuals monthly. You’ll operate with W2 status, health benefits, and a 401K plan as part of our compensation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
