Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and flexible scheduling, allowing you to be your own boss.

You will target local businesses with payment processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses along with ongoing monthly commissions. Prior outside sales or merchant services experience is preferred and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Willingness to work remotely in the specified region.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
