Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to grow our payment processing solutions nationwide. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, activation bonuses, and flexible hours while you build relationships with local businesses.

You’ll work remotely, visit clients in your region, and close deals with a focus on value, savings, and streamlined transactions. Prior B2B or merchant services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
Prior merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
