Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. We’re hiring a results-driven Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team.

This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexible scheduling, and uncapped residual income in a field-based/remote setting. You’ll grow the portfolio by visiting local businesses, educating owners on payment solutions, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses along with monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
