Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income and uncapped earning potential.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals, and build a portfolio. Work remotely within your region with full training and support.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience preferred.
Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
