Xplor Technologies powers modern vertical software and embedded payments with a focus on rapid, secure payment processing. We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in a 100% commission-based role with residual income and activation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong hunter mentality with lead sourcing skills.
• Align with company values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to present payment solutions.
• Educate owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions.
