Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses as you close deals across payment processing solutions.

You will educate business owners, work remotely with regional field support, and build a durable client portfolio while enjoying flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
