Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role in the payments space. You will be responsible for acquiring new merchant clients, educating owners on cost-saving payment solutions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
