Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role with residual income. You will engage local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

This remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling, training, and potential to earn substantial annual income through a portfolio of merchant accounts, with benefits like health options and 401K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
