Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales team is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the payments industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You'll go directly to local businesses, educate owners on saving money, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus long-term residuals. Flexible schedule and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
