Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based Direct Sales role. You will prospect, meet business owners, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing monthly commissions with residuals.

The role offers a flexible, remote-friendly schedule, uncapped earnings potential, training, and advancement opportunities within a growing payments solutions company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
