Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales in the United States is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the payments solutions space. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses.

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money, and close deals to earn commissions, activation bonuses, and long-term residuals while enjoying flexible, remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts to business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
