Qualifications

• 5+ years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump packages
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users
• Attend tradeshow/industry associations and travel up to 100 nights per year
• Maintain forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce CRM
