Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new project opportunities in North America. This remote role supports customers across California, Texas and national accounts, traveling up to 100 nights annually.

You will manage full sales cycles, build contractor and end-user relationships, and collaborate with engineering, lifecycle services and product management to promote refrigeration and HVACR solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong negotiation and contract skills; able to close opportunities.
• Self-starter with business acumen and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication across technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account sales plans to meet or exceed sales and gross margin targets.
• Manage sales process from enquiry to purchase order closure; provide post-sale support.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to drive preference for Copeland products.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year to visit customers and attend industry events.
• Maintain forecasts and opportunity details in Salesforce; participate in weekly reviews.
