Copeland is seeking an Account Executive for a fully remote role covering the Southwest, Southern Plains, and National Accounts. You will drive new project opportunities in industrial refrigeration and heating solutions, partnering with end users, contractors, and consultants to expand Copeland's installed base.

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to closure, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration highly preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close opportunities.
• Strong communication skills with technical and commercial audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet or exceed sales and gross margin objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to drive product preference.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year, with some travel to Milwaukee for factory visits.
• Maintain forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management to educate customers on new technologies.
