Job summary

Copeland, a global leader in HVACR technology, is recruiting an Account Executive for a fully remote role across the U.S. Southwest and Southern Plains regions, including Louisiana.

The role drives new project opportunities and expands Copeland’s installed base of industrial refrigeration and heating solutions. The candidate partners with end users, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to deliver value through Copeland’s advanced products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field required.
• Understand financial calculations and commercial concepts to negotiate and close opportunities.
• Must be a self-starter with strong drive for results.
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations and end-to-end opportunity management.
• Able to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of an organization.
• Established relationships in the California market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet sales and gross margin targets.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to drive preference for Copeland products.
• Travel frequently to engage stakeholders and participate in tradeshows and industry associations.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts and project details in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management to educate customers on new technologies.
