Job summary

Equifax Employer Services is seeking an Account Executive who reports to the AVP of National Accounts. You will define and demonstrate tangible ROI for HR, payroll, tax management and compliance while growing a strategic book of accounts.

You will develop strategic account plans, build relationships with key decision-makers, manage the sales pipeline, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable, data-driven value and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers within accounts.
• Address customer needs with timely, effective solutions.
• Conduct annual business reviews identifying opportunities and position us as a trusted partner.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal progression.
• Respond to customer inquiries, proposals and RFPs, showcasing value.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with policy and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
