Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive revenue within an assigned book of accounts. You will define and demonstrate ROI, and act as a trusted advisor to HR, payroll, and compliance buyers.

You will build strategic plans, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable business value across multiple industries from a remote or hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related sales experience.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions to maximize value.
• Conduct annual business reviews to position Equifax as a trusted partner.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Respond to inquiries, proposals, and RFPs with compelling value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing aligning with policies and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
