Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive profitable growth in an assigned book of accounts. You will articulate ROI, deliver HR/payroll/tax management solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to employers.

You will develop strategic plans, manage pipelines, and build relationships with decision-makers across industries. This role favors a proactive, data-driven approach and remote-capable work arrangements within the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing, strategic sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related Sales experience, including: managing the full sales cycle, maintaining CRM data, creating account/territory plans, tracking activity metrics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Address customer needs with timely, effective solutions to maximize value.
• Conduct annual business reviews to position the business as a trusted partner.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Respond to inquiries, proposals, and RFPs showcasing value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with policies and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
