Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive profitable growth within an assigned book of accounts. You will demonstrate ROI, manage the full sales cycle, and partner with stakeholders to deliver HR, payroll, tax management, and compliance value.

Responsibilities include building strategic plans, maintaining executive relationships, forecasting opportunities, and addressing customer needs with timely, effective solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a client facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related Sales experience including full cycle sales, CRM usage and territory planning.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide timely solutions to maximize value.
• Conduct annual business reviews to position the business as a trusted partner.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
