Job summary

IST Management is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue in eDiscovery and Legal Services sales. You will develop new business and expand existing accounts through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and strategic relationship management.

You will present to decision-makers, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with MVP to meet monthly and yearly activity targets. After a paid 3-week training in Atlanta, GA, the role becomes remote/field based with occasional in-person meetings as

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
• Legal US authorization to work for any employer in the US.
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
• Computer and Internet savvy.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Client relationship management; issuing SOWs and closing deals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve activity goals monthly and yearly.
• Make presentations to decision-makers, internally and externally.
• Participate in networking events to expand business relationships.
• Stay updated on trends in legal technology.
