Job summary

IST Management is hiring an Account Executive in the eDiscovery and Legal Services sales space. You will drive revenue for new and existing business, develop new contacts, and maintain a robust pipeline. The role emphasizes presentations to decision-makers, networking, and staying current with legal tech trends.

The position begins with a paid training program, then remote/field work with some in-person appointments as needed, and occasional travel. Stamford/Hartford, CT-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing business through contacts and prospecting.
• Manage client relationships; issue SOWs and close deals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with MVP; hit monthly and yearly activity goals.
• Present to decision-makers, internally and externally.
• Attend networking events to expand business relationships.
• Stay updated on trends in legal technology.
