IST Management Services, Inc. is hiring for an e-Discovery Account Executive in New York City. The role focuses on driving revenue for new and existing business in eDiscovery and Legal Services sales, with training and a path to advanced roles.

The position begins with a paid 3-week sales training program in Atlanta, GA, then becomes remote/field-based with occasional travel and in-person prospecting as needed. Strong growth prospects are highlighted in base salary and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Client relationship management; issuing SOWs and closing deals.
• Work in tandem with MVP to maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly and yearly activity goals.
• Make compelling presentations to decision-makers, internally and externally.
• Participate in networking events to expand business relationships.
• Stay aware of the latest trends in legal technology.
