Job summary
IST Management is hiring an Account Executive for eDiscovery and legal services sales in the Chattanooga, TN area. You will drive revenue for new and existing business, prospecting, cold calling, and managing client relationships. The role includes a 3-week training program in Atlanta, GA, followed by remote field work with occasional travel.
The compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 with uncapped commissions up to 16%, plus competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales and eDiscovery is a plus.
- Ability to issue SOWs and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting.
- Client relationship management; issuing SOWs and closing deals.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Make presentations to decision-makers, internally and externally.
- Participate in networking events to expand business relationships.
- Stay informed about latest trends in legal technology.
