Xplor Pay Direct Sales seeks a motivated Account Executive to drive payment processing solutions across the United States. This role offers a 100% commission-based model with activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals, with full training and support.

You can work fully remote within the US, with flexible scheduling, and potential for high earnings through a portfolio approach and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and demonstrate integrity.

Responsabilités
