Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring an Account Executive who will drive payment processing solutions directly to local businesses. The role is 100% commission-based with residual income and strong earning potential.

You’ll operate with a flexible schedule and receive ongoing sales training and mentorship. You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can operate in your team region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
