Job summary

Xplor Technologies’ Xplor Pay Direct Sales team seeks an Account Executive to drive payment processing solutions with a 100% commission-based model and residual income. You’ll work remotely across the US, owning your pipeline and earnings while receiving training and strong support from the team.

You’ll educate business owners, close deals, and build a portfolio with activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
