Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a highly driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and the freedom to control your schedule while targeting local businesses with payment processing solutions.

In this role you will educate business owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Remote work is available for eligible US residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Aligns with core values and demonstrates integrity.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
