Job summary

Xplor Education, a remote-friendly sales role with the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, seeks an Account Executive to drive payment processing solutions to local businesses. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

You will educate business owners, close deals, and earn commissions while enjoying a flexible schedule, training, and potential high earnings. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of working independently within the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
