Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, designed for self-motivated individuals who want control over their time and income.

You will visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions. Remote-friendly with field region requirements across the US.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts to business value.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
Align with core values and maintain a high integrity approach.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
