Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the United States. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and educate owners on savings and efficiency. Activation bonuses plus monthly commissions await top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Aligns with core values and demonstrates integrity.

Responsibilities
