Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales seeks motivated, self-driven Account Executive to join our growing team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and portfolio ownership, offering uncapped commissions and weekly bonuses.

You’ll educate business owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn monthly residuals with a flexible schedule. Remote work is allowed with field regional requirements and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and source leads through prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
