Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a motivated, self-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential in the payment solutions industry.

You will be responsible for building relationships with businesses, explaining how to save money on payments, and closing deals to generate residual income. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, experience in merchant services, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
